Scots-Irish heritage tour

The Ulster-Scots Society of the USA will be conducting a heritage tour over the Twelfth period this year. The centerpiece of the tour will be attendance at Twelfth events and parades in Co. Strife in Ballymena

There seems to be orchestrated attempts by both Loyalists and Nationalists to stir up trouble in Ballymena over recent weeks. No parade in Cork

As mentioned elsewhere – the Orange Order has pulled out of the Saint Patrick`s Day parade in Cork due to concerns over safety.“Orange Order grand secretary Drew Nelson said both his organisation and the parade organisers were disappointed that the Order would not be attending the festivities.
